Why Oasis Echo exists: protecting Ukraine’s digital conversations
We believe privacy is a fundamental right, and we’ve built our company around that principle. Who says secure communication has to feel cold, complicated, or distant? It shouldn’t. From Kyiv, we design a platform that lets people speak freely, work faster, and keep sensitive data where it belongs.

The people behind the platform
The cryptographers, engineers, and dreamers behind Oasis Echo
A real team builds trust better than any slogan. We’ve got people who think in threat models, people who write clean code at midnight, and people who still ask hard questions in every review. That mix matters, doesn’t it?
CTO note
Our stack is intentionally boring in the right places and ambitious where it counts. That balance keeps messages moving without exposing the people behind them.
Our journey
From a Kyiv garage to a global secure platform
The timeline is short on purpose. We’ve moved quickly, but never recklessly. How else do you earn trust in a field where one weak decision can expose thousands of conversations?
2019
Prototype
A first build in a small Kyiv workspace
Three engineers and one cryptographer sketched the first secure chat flow on a whiteboard. The goal was simple: make private messaging feel ordinary, fast, and dependable.
2020
First enterprise client
A harder test arrived quickly
Our first enterprise deployment forced us to refine identity checks, audit logs, and admin controls. If business teams can’t use it confidently, what’s the point?
2021
ISO certification
Security became a formal discipline, not a promise
We validated operations against ISO 27001 standards inside a certified data centre on Trukhanivska Street. The paperwork mattered. The process mattered more.
2022
HIPAA module
Privacy controls expanded for regulated teams
Health and legal clients asked for stronger policy enforcement, so we delivered. One platform, multiple compliance paths, fewer headaches.
2023
1M messages secured
Scale arrived without lowering standards
The platform crossed a million secured messages while keeping delivery latency tight. Not a marketing milestone. A systems milestone.
2024
International expansion
Ukrainian-built, globally trusted
We’re serving more teams outside Ukraine now, but the mission hasn’t changed. Secure the conversation. Protect the people. Keep the data private.
Culture and values
Our values are encrypted, not hidden
Culture isn’t a poster on a wall. It shows up in code reviews, incident response, and the way we talk to clients when the pressure is on. Would you trust a security company that can’t explain itself clearly?
Radical transparency
We explain trade-offs, risks, and limits honestly. No fog. No inflated claims. People make better decisions when the facts are clear.
Zero-knowledge by design
We minimise what we know, what we store, and what we can expose. If a control isn’t needed, we remove it. Clean architecture. Fewer risks.
Defend Ukrainian digital sovereignty
We build here, hire here, and host here because local control matters. Why should secure communication depend on someone else’s priorities?
